Clean water price to up 3 percent

Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Committee has approved the plan to increase the clean water price. Accordingly, clean water prices in 2011 will be averagely raised by 30 percent from current rates, then continuously to broaden VND100 per cubic metre every year until 2013.

Binh Dinh Water Supply and Drainage one-member Co., Ltd was also assigned to coordinate with functional bodies to carry out a survey and propose the project of expansion  water supply network in 9 towns before July 31, minimizing the clean water loss below 2 percent and lowering the price for clean water production.
