Binh Dinh Province People’s Committee has promulgated the Instruction No.09 on building the socio-economic development plan and State budget estimates in 2012.
Accordingly, the overall goal is to stabilize the macroeconomic, curb inflation, strive to gain higher growth rate, enhance the effectiveness and competitiveness of the economy, ensure the social welfare, and strengthen the national defense, public order and security.
The State budget estimates must be based on the current regulations and expense requirements for important programs and tasks, ensuring the effectiveness.
