An Thanh commune, Hoai An district has just finished a compensation worth 18 million VND for local farmers at Hoi An hamlet whose farm produces will be lost because of the to-be-re-erected Hoai An Temple of Literature, says An Thanh People’s Committee.
The local government also urges the farmers to promptly clear the farming land and return the available premises for the reconstruction of the temple.
Relevant authorities of Hoai An district set up landmarks on July 15, made the premises ready for a ground breaking ceremony on July 20.
The temple has an important meaning in brining into play traditional fondness for learning, holding talented and righteous people in high esteem, encouraging posterity in their studies.
