Young fishermen given financial support

11 fishermen coming from three central provinces of Binh Dinh, Phu Yen, and Quang Ngai gathered in Quy Nhon on Jul.26 to receive the financial support under the program launched by Thanh Nien Newspaper.

The program funded by HD Bank aims to help young fishermen when they are in danger offshore, encouraging them to continue fishing and protect the country’s sovereignty.

A total of VND640 million was given to the fishermen whose vessels were sunk or relatives missed when going fishing.
