The 80th establishment anniversary of Van Duc Part cell, the first one in Hoai An District, was held on July 27.
At the meeting, Secretary of the Hoai An district Party Committee Ngo Dong Hai reviewed the historical breakthroughs after the Party cell was established on July 1931 at Van Duc Hamlet.
It also called to upgrade Van Duc revolutionary relic, where the Van Duc Party cell was established, becoming a typical cultural and historical site.
