After 3 months of rearing, sweet snails were sold at VND180,000-185,000 per kilogram at Nhon Hai Commune (Quy Nhon City).
According to sweet snail breeders, they got high productivity due to favourable weather. The price of sweet snail was higher than the same period last year so that each breeders could gained from VND40-50 million.
Over 300 ten thousands sweet snails were reared by 20 households in Nhon Hai Commune in 2011.
