The municipal Study Promotion Society organized a granting ceremony in Quy Nhon City on August 1.
Total scholarships worth VND 63.35 million was presented to disadvantaged pupils, poor pupils who are at risk of dropping out of school, excellent pupils, pupils who are children of officers in society’s affiliates.
Also, 141 gifts worth VND 11.985 million was offered to scholarship receivers and 12 gifts worth VND1 million each for 12 disadvantaged but outstanding teachers.
On this occasion, the provincial Study Promotion Society conferred 2 Quang Trung awards and presented 5 scholarships for excellent pupils. Also, 3 gifts with total worth VND10.6 million were assisted to the municipal teachers.
