Binh Dinh Province People’s Committee has promulgated the Decision on adjusting the development and investment planning, allocating the Government bond capital and the national target program.
Among them, a total of over VND19 billion was allocated to the national target program on building new rural areas, focusing on the planning for new rural commune construction in the province.
Four communes of Nhon Loc (An Nhon district), Binh Nghi (Tay Son), Hoai Huong (Hoai Nhon), and An Thanh (Hoai An) benefited from the program.
As planned, these communes will finish the detailed planning this year and there will be more 64 communes completing the planning by the second quarter of 2012.
