Thanh Nga won 2nd prize at HTV’s teen singing contest

Phan Thi Thanh Nga, a student of Tang Bat Ho senior high school in Hoai Nhon district, won the second prize at the HCM City Television (HTV)'s annual singing contest for senior and junior high school students (also called Tieng Ca Hoc Duong (School Singing)).

In the finale on August 6 at the HCM City Television Theatre, Nga perform two songs along with celebrities and back-up dancers. She showed a beautiful voice, gaining the highest rate of votes from the audience.

This year's contest saw nearly 1,300 contestants aged between 13 and 18 from around the country
