The provincial Fund for Children offered 91 scholarships worth VND700.000 each for pupils whose parents are war invalids and poor but outstanding pupils living in An Lao, Hoai An, Hoai Nhon and Phu My districts on August 8.
Each pupil also received a gift worth VND100.000, including backpacks and notebooks for the new school year.
