Free elective test offered to 200 heart disease-inborn kids

Nearly 200 children with innate heart disease in Binh Dinh were offered free elective test under the program co-organized by Department of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs, Da Nang-based Hoan My Hospital, and Vina Capital Foundation on Aug. 12-13.

The test aimed to help unfortunate children have chances to be treated in their early age. The Vina Capital-funded program has been carried out in Binh Dinh in the past two years
