33 scholarships presented to Binh Dinh students

Provincial Vice Chairman Mai Thanh Thang (1st from left) presents scholarships to students.

Binh Dinh Association for Studying Promotion on Aug. 18 coordinated with Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam’s (BIDV) Binh Dinh branch to present scholarships to 33 local students who are studying at universities nationwide.

They are outstanding but poor students, gaining the best academic results in the school year 2010-2011. Each of them received the scholarship worth VND2 million.

BIDV funds the scholarships by granting the association a VND1 billion deposit.
