Training course within framework of AIFO project, 2nd phase ends

Binh Dinh Association of Red Cross has just finished a training course as a warming up activity of a community-based rehabilitation programme, second phase (2011-2012), financed by Italian Association Amici di Raoul Follereau (AIFO Italy) and European Union.

Participants of the training course were 30 officials from Hoai Nhon district authorities, Hoai Nhon district Red Cross and its branches over 17 communes and towns.

The training course was held every 3 months and was divided into 3 discontinuous periods; each lasted 7 days.

Lecturers who were experts from Binh Dinh Association of Red Cross and from the programme taught the learners basic techniques and ways of looking after disabled people, rehabilitate the disabled in the community.
