Binh Dinh Department of Health had made a survey on the medical facilities in Vinh Thanh district before deciding to upgrade 7 medical clinics in communes of Vinh Hao, Vinh Thuan, Vinh Thinh, Vinh Quang, Vinh Kim, Vinh Son, and Vinh Hoa.
Also, under the program, a new ward and a power station will be built at the district’s health centre.
The program worth more than VND10.2 billion is funded by the scheme on supporting fast and sustainable poverty reduction in poor districts.
