300 groups of fishing vessels to be formed

Binh Dinh Department of Agriculture and Rural Development has coordinated with localities and owners of fishing boats to form 300 groups of vessels.

The groups will help each other when fishing offshore and purchasing sea products. They will also be connected through satellites to monitor the operation.

The plan is expected to finish by late 2011.
