3 internet cafés opened in mountainous areas

Binh Dinh Youth Union and Binh Dinh Telecommunication Company on Sept.5 opened two internet cafés at Vinh Thanh high school in Vinh Thanh district and Canh Vinh high school of Van Canh district.

Another internet café is expected to open at An Hoa junior high school in An Lao district on September 15.

This is part of a program encouraging Binh Dinh young people to learn how to use computer and internet.
