Pham Hoai Linh receives Youth Courage Awards

Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union has decided to award Youth Courage Award to Pham Hoai Linh living in Hoai Huong Commune’s Thanh Xuan Bac hamlet (Hoai Nhon district).

On 28 July 2011, after hearing someone shout for help under sea at the beach in Tam Quan Nam commune’s Tang Long 2 hamlet, he bravely plunged into the water and rescued 2 children. However, he was immerged by big waves and died.
