Ngo Truc Quynh honored for winning UPU letter-writing contest

Ngo Truc Quynh, who won the first prize at the provincial magnitude and consolation prize at the national magnitude in the 40th Universal Postal Union (UPU) International Letter-Writing Competition - Vietnam 2011, was given an award and Certificate of Merit on September 10.

The theme of the competition is "Imagine you are a tree living in a forest. Write a letter to someone to explain why it is important to protect forests". In her essay, Truc Quynh plays a role as a lecythidaceae tree sending a letter to a little girl picking vegetables in forest, saying the massage “Let’s listen to the voice of forest”.
