The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) along with 16 commercial banks on Saturday (Sept. 17) announced connection of points of sale (POS) network in Binh Dinh.

With the successful connection of POS network, cardholders of one of these 16 banks can use their card for payment at 251 POS terminals of other banks since 17.9.
POS machines are available at restaurants, hotels, commercial centers and supermarkets in the city.
Provincial Vice Chairman Ho Quoc Dung said the POS connection will help modernize electronic payment infrastructure and convenience and payment methods to cardholders.
