Nursery school starts environmental protection initiative

On September 18, Son Ca Nursery School at Tran Quang Dieu ward, Quy Nhon city started its initiative of environmental protection for children – one of five initiatives under the municipal programme “For a green, clean and beautiful city”- phase 2.

The initiative will be implemented in one year. It aims to integrate environment protection into the school’s activities, leading to changes of pupils’ attitudes, manners and actions toward the environment, forming their good habits of the environmental protection.

The initiative will focus on improvement of green, clean and beautiful playing grounds, practices of waste collection inside and outside the school, reuse of refuse materials, encouragement of the pupils’, teachers’ and communities’ responses to the environmental protection.
