Provincial Vice Chairwoman inspects program No.30a in An Lao

Vice Chairwoman of Binh Dinh People’s Committee Tran Thi Thu Ha on Sept. 20 went on an inspection tour on the implementation of the program No.30a on supporting the fast and sustainable poverty reduction in An Lao district.

According the reports, under the program, the district invested VND44,37 billion in building traffic works and other essential items this year, let alone a total of VND4.63 billion for forest protection activities.

The total of over VND30.13 billion has been disbursed for the infrastructure construction so far. The local authorities allocated VND4.7 billion to support its residents to develop the household economy.

An Lao’s authorities asked the Government and provincial People’s Committee to raise the financial support and assist the district in building 688 houses for poor people as well as continue upgrading the infrastructure in medical and education sectors.

Provincial Vice Chairwoman Ha highly valued the result of the program in An Lao, asking the local authorities to speed up the construction of some items, aiming to promote the sustainable poverty reduction progress.
