Export turnover sees rise in agricultural products

The province’s export turnover was estimated to reach nearly US$305 million in the first nine months of 2011, an increase of 2 percent against the same period last year, according to the statistics released by Department of Industry and Trade.

Accordingly, non-State sector earned about $286 million, a rise of 1.5 percent and foreign-invested one saw a total of $15 million.

Also, the export turnover of agricultural products fairly went up with US$68 million, a surge of 13 percent while the consumer products and construction material reached US$17.3 million.
