New email system implemented

Binh Dinh Department of Information and Communication is going to introduce new public affair email system to agencies, offices and district level People’s Committees all over the province in this October. The new system will replace the old one at http://mail.binhdinh.gov.vn. T

o ensure safe archived information and smooth communication among the agencies and organizations during the gradual transition phase, the department will simultaneously operate the two systems for a certain given noticed time.

Through the new system at http://mail.name of organization.binhdinh.gov.vn, each of the agencies and organizations can manage and control their emails with Web-based management application, ensuring the highest stability of the entire system.

The system allows easy decentralization of domain management to each agency and main email server; guaranteeing information security of each private email account and the communication among the agencies in the system. In addition, system has friendly interface which allows users manage their emails easily.
