Binh Dinh Employment Center was funded 2 billion VND to build a facility dedicated for the job transaction at the center.
Under the plan, the building is expected to be in use in late 2012, generating opportunities for employers and job seekers to find applicants and suitable jobs.
In 2009, a temporary job transaction floor was established at the centre.
