Seminar on reviewing CAPAS project in Binh Dinh

A seminar on reviewing the “Capacity building on Assessing and Managing Water Resources in Binh Dinh” (CAPAS) project was held in Quy Nhon city on October 31.

Most participants agreed the project management board as well as its results which have helped the development and protection of water resources in Binh Dinh.

Binh Dinh is one of seven provinces and cities selected to join the Belgian government-funded project

The final aim of the project is to draw up an action plan for water resources protection, especially underground water. The project’s results achieved in 2011 and 2012 will help the above seven provinces improve their observation system.
