400 scholarships granted to poor students

The Ministry of Education and Training has approved the list of 400 poor students receiving scholarships in districts of Van Canh and Vinh Thanh.

Under the program, scholarships, which are worth $120 and $140 per year, will be respectively presented to male and female students who are studying in the following secondary schools: Canh Hien, Canh Lien, Van Canh, Canh Thuan, Vinh Quang, Vinh Hao, and Huynh Thi Dao.

The program has been implemented in Binh Dinh since 2011-2012 academic period.
