49 wheelchairs presented to disabled people

From February 5-19, the provincial Red Cross in association with Ho Chi Minh City-based Wheelchairs Association granted 49 wheelchairs to the disabled victims in districts of Hoai An, Hoai Nhon, Phu My, Phu Cat, An Nhon, Tuy Phuoc, Tay Son, and Vinh Thanh.
