After the Tet holiday, thousands of white storks often flock together along Cau Bun river every late afternoon at Tu Cung hamlet, Phuoc Thang commune, Tuy Phuoc district (photo – Xuan Thuc). Local residents believe the birds bring good omen for the new year and a signal of good environment there. Yet, bird hunters start to come and hunt the storks. The local government and authorized agencies should strenghthen the protection towards the bird flock.
