Quy Nhon city was expected to become a fist-class, centrally-controlled municipality. In next phase, the city would be continually expanded beyond An Nhon town and certain areas of neighbour districts.
Closing the meeting, Secretary Thien asked the Department of Construction to keep on collect information about master plans of 2 cities of Hue and Nha Trang as basis for comparison and decision of Binh Dinh Permanent Provincial Party Committee.
