Authorized agencies and local governments should hold more training courses about marine laws, Vietnam’s Fisheries Law and distribute 2,000 maps of Vietnam’s marine borders to fishermen who live at coastal areas all over the province.  The fishermen are encouraged to commit themselves not to violate waters of other countries; are instructed and assisted to establish, strengthen solidarity team of fisheries exploitation.

15 fishing boats and 132 fishermen in Binh Dinh were captured by foreign forces in 2011.
