A sport festival for female workers was held on March 2 at Phu Tai industrial zone, marking the 102 th anniversary of International Women’s Day, which falls on March 8. 90 female workers joined different contests.
Also, the women’s associations at all levels in Binh Dinh organized various activities, celebrating the Women’s Day.
In Tay Son district, an art performance took place with the participation of more than 300 people on March 5; while there was a similar event taking place in Quy Nhon city, attracting many people to enjoy.
In districts of An Nhon and Phu My, the relevant bodies held meetings to help women share experiences about work and life. The associations for women in districts of Vinh Thanh, An Lao, Hoai An, and Hoai Nhon also hosted sport competitions.
