The Earth Hour 2012 campaign is scheduled to take place from 8 pm-9.30 pm on March 31, according to binhdinhinvest.gov.vn.
The provincial Chairman’s statement asked the bodies at all levels to respond to the campaign effectively.
The local mass media are required to widely propagate the response to the Earth Hour campaign, raising the community’s awareness of power saving and climate change.
The statement also said that, all agencies should encourage their staff to implement practical activities and voluntarily turn off all electronic devices which are not in use during the campaign.
