13 students get SPELL scholarships

13 Binh Dinh students who passed the entrance exam for State-owned universities will get the Scholarship Program to Enhance Literacy and Learning (SPELL scholarship) in the 2012-2013 period.

This is the first time East Meets West Foundation granting the scholarships to students. Each of them is worth 2,760 USD, dedicated for students in districts of Phu My and An Lao.

Those who were selected to benefit from the program have to follow the procedures before being accepted.
