Free treatment, drug for poor, disabled people

8,000 poor patients and disabled people in Quy Nhon city received free medical check and drug on March 25-26.

Ho Chi Minh city-base Go Vap district’s Red Cross Association and Duoc Vuong charitable medical clinic coordinated with Quy Nhon’s Red Cross Association to carry out the program.

It is expected to be continued in districts of Tuy Phuoc, Van Canh, Tay Son, Hoai Nhon, and Vinh Thanh until April 3. About 12,500 poor and disabled people will benefit from the program.

Disabled people who received the treatment were also presented with wheelchairs.
