Day for Vietnamese Disabled Persons marked in Binh Dinh

A meeting was held in Quy Nhon city yesterday (April 18), honoring disabled people, orphans, and donators in Binh Dinh Province, as part of activities responding to the Day for Vietnamese Disabled Persons, which falls April 18.

An exhibition featuring products made by disabled people also opened on the same day. After one-year training course was implemented for disabled people, they are able to make many products. The program belongs to the AIFO and EU-funded “Community-based Rehabilitation” project.

An art performance was held in Quy Nhon city on April 17. Disabled people and orphans coming from local social centres took part in the event with 14 shows, praising Uncle Ho, Party as well as Vietnam’s land and people.
