235 farmer households in Binh Dinh was loaned a total of 5.5 billion VND, under the program carried out by Binh Dinh Farmers’ Association, using the fund of over 7 million VND.
Binh Dinh Province’s fund for farmers was entrusted to take out a loan of 7 billion VND in 2012, let alone more than 700 million VND from the provincial budget.
The farmers benefiting the program focused on animal breeding and the purchase of agriculture tools. They committed to use the loan purposely, improving their living standard.
