Local authorities and consultancies were asked to quickly plan the new rural development project, provincial Vice Chairwoman announced in a recent meeting.

According to the reports, the planning of new rural development has been slowly processed. In the meeting on the national target program on new rural development held in Quy Nhon city, provincial deputy chief Tran Thi Thu Ha urged 4 key communes to finish the approval of overall planning in May while the deadline for the rest is late August.

The Department of Construction has instructed localities to assess the overall planning of new rural development. The province’s corresponding office was assigned to work with the Department of Finance to advance some activities.

Alongside these, the steering board for new rural development at all levels will study the models nationwide.

Other functional bodies were also authorized to carry out the relevant tasks.
