Vinh Thanh district’s Fatherland Front Committee has delivered a house to Dinh Nat, living in Vinh Thuan commune. He is one of social beneficiaries who are incapable of building house due to poverty.
The house was built using the financial support from the fund for the poor raised by the committee last year.
Nat also borrowed more 8 million VND to decorate the house.
