A training course on Community Action for Disaster Response (CADRE) was held in communes of An My, An Tin, Cat Chanh, Cat Nhon, Phuoc Thang and Phuoc Hoa.
The course focused on recognizing disasters which badly affect to the community, such as earthquake, storm, flood, terrorism and daily urgent situations.
The course is expected to finish by June 20.
