The participants attended the flower offering cerenomy at the statue of Emperor Quang Trung, commemorating the national hero Quang Trung.
Emperor Quang Trung whose real name is Nguyen Hue was born in Binh Dinh Province’s Tay Son district. He was an outstanding leader of Tay Son farmer uprising in the 18th century, gaining many achievements during the Tay Son dynasty.
