25-30 disabled children and those suspected of being infected with Agent Orange in Phu Cat district’s Cat Trinh commune will attend a rehabilitation class opening from September, 2012 to September 2014.

Japanese prof. Michio Umegaki cooperated with Binh Dinh Red Cross and its affiliate in Phu Cat to carry out the program which is worth $2,000 per annum, helping them to integrate into the community easily.

At the launching ceremony held on Sept.4, Umegaki presented some educational facilities to Cat Trinh No.2 primary school.
