Fishermen in Hoai Nhon district of Binh Dinh Province have invested nearly 200 billion VND to build 100 new boats for offshore fishing in the first 8 months of 2012.

Thanks to newly-built fishing vessels, the output of sea products has reached over 31,000 tonnes since early this year, a rise of 15.6 percent against the same period last year.

This also proves the positive effectiveness of the implementation of PM’s Decision on supporting oil for offshore fishing vessels.
