Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee's Standing Board decided to bestow Party membership insignias to 115 Party members on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of Russian October Revolution (November 7, 1917-2007).
15 Party members will receive 60-year Party membership insignias, Party membership insignias of 50 years, 40 years, and 30 years will be offered to 16, 50, and 34 Party members, respectively.
In 2007, 6,065 Party members have been honored with Party membership insignias with 95 60-year Party membership insignias included.
This is the acknowledgement of Party member's contributions, reminding them to continue upholding their morals for self-improvement.
