Meeting for Catholics and Protestants held

An Nhon District's Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and Religious Affairs Department held a meeting for Catholics and Protestants, marking the upcoming Christmas holiday. Dignitaries, clergymen and Catholic and Protestant followers in An Nhon District attended the meeting.

At the meeting, District's leaders stated results of the District's socio-economic development in 2007 and key tasks next year. They highly appreciated contributions of Catholic and Protestant followers to the development of the District.

They also expected Catholics and Protestants would continue to pray for national peace and help build a strong, democratic and civilised society.

Dignitaries and clergymen expressed many thanks for the local authorities, promising that Catholic and Protestant followers would continue contributing to the national unity.
