The 11th session of the 10th Binh Dinh Province People's Council closed yesterday (December 19).
After three days of working, 15 resolutions were passed such as tasks for 2008, local budget forecast and provincial budget allocation in 2008, the planning of vocational training centers, and other important tasks.
Addressing at the meeting, Chairman of Binh Dinh Province People's Council Nguyen Xuan Duong emphasized that 2008 is an important year to carry out the 5-year-plan for the 2006-2010 period. Provincial People's Council asked provincial People's Committee, all bodies and agencies, and the people to effectively carry out all solutions, making the economic growth become higher than 2007's.
Policies need to be promulgated to encourage and mobilize all sources for the invesment and development.
