Binh Dinh province People’s Committee on September 10 promulgated the document on launching activities responding to the “Make the World Cleaner 2007” campaign with the theme “Our climate-Our actions-Our future” launched by Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
To effectively launch the campaign, the provincial People’s Committee asked People’s Committee of districts and cities, social organizations, provincial bodies and agencies to hold activities and the propaganda to raise the people’s awareness of the environmental protection.
Binh Dinh province People’s Committee also asked local authorities and agencies to launch movements for the forest protection, tree planting, and the use of fossil energy sources like coal, crude oil, and natural gas and the renewable sources.
The “Make the World Cleaner 2007” campaign will be kicked off in Binh Dinh from September 14-16.
