Chairman of Binh Dinh People’s Committee Nguyen Van Thien highly appreciated the role of the mass media in reporting socio-economic issues.
He made the statement yesterday at a press conference on socio-economic situation for September.
Provincial Chairman Thien stated results of the socio-economic situation over the course of September and the previous nine months, answering questions raised by participants.
They focused on measures to finish this year’s tasks, reduce traffic accidents, and strengthen the construction of Nhon Hoi EZ.
Thien highly appreciated participants’ contributions, saying that he would soon steer functional bodies to solve problems.
He also promised to create favorable conditions for reporters to attend as many meetings as possible.
