Binh Dinh Department of Education and Training leased an internet channel from Military Telecom Corporation (Viettel), using for the internet access and teleconferencing.
Provincial Department of Education and Training also steered its affiliates to lease the internet channel from Viettel internet-service provider.
Viettel Binh Dinh is to start the education network construction on November 6, helping all schools in Binh Dinh to be connected to the internet.
The network is expected to finish by December 31.
