Binh Dinh People’s Committee and Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) project administration on Oct. 6 held a mid-term meeting. Provincial Vice Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Thanh Binh chaired the meeting.

New Zealand’s International Aid and Development Agency (NZAID)-sponsored project has been implemented for 15 months. 67 classrooms and 11 pre-schools have been fully operational.

The project meets the community’s demands, proving its effectiveness. The educational staff and pre-school teachers have been well trained, improving the quality in teaching and learning.
