Binh Dinh Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee on November 19 held a meeting, marking the 78th founding anniversary of Vietnam National United Front (Nov.18, 1930-08).
Provincial leaders and representatives of associations and religious organisations joined the meeting.
Recalling the 78-year history of Vietnam’s largest mass organisation, Chairman of provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Truong Dinh Tan highlighted the front’s role in uniting the whole nation, thus bringing the national revolution to success, and marching towards the goal of rising from underdevelopment and bringing a better life to people.
Nguyen Dinh Thanh, member of the Standing Board and Head of the Mass Mobilisation Department of the Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee, congratulated its achievements, emphasizing that the fatherland fronts at all levels should continue to strengthen the great national unity bloc.
On the occasion, provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee granted campaign medals to 30 typical members who greatly contributed to the strength of the great national unity bloc.
